A cherub statue sits beneath the trees. Catching dappled rays of sunlight across a marbled surface, he seems to glow. Draped on his wings, a cloak of ivy, turkey tail fungi and a perching butterfly. His cheek resting on his hand, forever caught in a moment of resonance.
Cherubs are a symbol of innocence, youth and divine protection. The ivy a symbol of eternal life and memory.
